- Usage & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and page views. This is stored securely via Supabase for basic analytics and visitor counting.
- Non-Personal / Aggregated Data: Anonymous insights such as popular tools or conversion trends.
- Advertising Data: Google AdSense may collect device, IP, and browsing behaviour data to deliver and measure ads (see Section 4).
2. How We Use Your Information
We never sell or rent your personal information. We use data only for the following purposes:
- Responding to contact form submissions and privacy requests
- Improving our tools and fixing bugs
- Monitoring site performance and preventing abuse
- Sending optional updates if you have subscribed
- Displaying relevant advertisements via Google AdSense to keep the tools free

- Supabase – secure storage of anonymised visitor logs and contact form submissions
- DashNex – email sign-ups and PDF delivery

We use essential cookies for basic site functionality (see our Cookie Policy). We do not set our own tracking cookies.

- Data at rest is encrypted (Supabase)
- Image conversion is performed 100% client-side — files never leave your device
- Access to stored data is restricted and monitored
7. Children’s Privacy
WebPict is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
