• Fair Use Limits: To ensure availability, limit uploads to 10MB per image, up to 10 images per session. Excessive use may result in temporary throttling or account suspension.
• Violations: We may suspend or terminate access without notice for breaches, and report illegal activities to authorities. Repeated violations may lead to permanent bans.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

WebPict retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, designs, and underlying technology. Your use does not grant any ownership or transfer of rights.

• User Content: You retain ownership of files you upload. Converted outputs are provided for your personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms and applicable laws. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your files solely to deliver the Service.
• Our Content: All trademarks, logos, and materials on the site are protected. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.
• Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use it without compensation, but you retain your moral rights.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
